We have the necessary facilities to produce high quality products to meet the specific needs of our customers.

Classic has capabilities ranging from smelting of raw materials to the fabrication of aluminum products, and we are constantly looking at ways to improve the efficiency and quality of our facilities so that we can provide our customers with the best products and services in the market.

We have a total of 6 presses in Malaysia, 5 presses in Vietnam, 7 presses in China.

- Malaysia (Sarawak)
550 – 1100 tons machines to extrude up to max 100 mm dimension

- Malaysia (Kuala Lumpur)
880 – 1100 tons machines to extrude up to max 100mm dimension

- Vietnam
660 – 2500 tons machines to extrude up to 200 mm dimensions

- China
550 – 2500 tons machines to extrude up to 200 mm dimensions

- For special dimension > 200 mm, extrusion will be dependant on profiles drawing.

- Our production consist of 2 department
1.Architectural usage – common 6063 profiles
2.Industrial usage – special alloys of 1,2,3,5,6,7
